Our experience with Alexandria Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. Our 17-year old roof was replaced, with us responsible only for the deductible portion of our insurance. Noel worked with the insurance adjuster literally from the ground – up. He took pictures of the storm damage before the adjuster came. Noel had set the stage, climbing up the ladder on our 2-story home, showing the adjuster the damage and repairs required.
With Noel’s expertise, diligence, and ability, he worked side by side with the insurance adjuster, enabling us to get a new roof. He also did repairs on our roofs vents and chimney areas insuring us against future roof leaks.

I wanted to write to say what an overwhelmingly positive experience we had working with Alexandria Roofing. In the wake of the 2013 hail storms that damaged many homes in the South Metro, we needed our roof, gutters, and some siding replaced. We were contacted by dozens (if not hundreds) of roofing companies in the month following the storm, but I decided to go with Alexandria Roofing because I was so impressed with the salesperson’s demeanor over the phone. We did not regret our decision, Shane sat with us for almost 45 minutes one evening to help us pick out products. He made design recommendations based on the color/style of our house. When rain delayed our roof installation, you were in contact the entire time to let us know when the work would be done. On the day of installation, the crew were friendly and very hard working. They did not blast rap music and cuss like so many other contracting crews we have seen. Our roof (on a 2000 sq ft home) was done in SEVEN HOURS. This is lightning fast! I was so grateful because my 10 month old son was able to get a nap in, something I was worried about. The gutter installation took place a few days later and was equally impressive. They even asked me what time my son usually went down for a nap so they could be sure to be done with that side of the house by then. What service! We can’t stop talking about how great our experience with you was. Keep up the good work.
